 This is a simple curry with Gobi and Simla Mirch.. Cauli flower is one of the versatile vegetable which results into so many dishes like curries,fries and gravies.
This is also one of the spicy yet easy subzi,that you can serve with roti,chapathi or rice..This curry does n`t need tomato but if you prefer can add a small tomato..Try this and serve hot with roti.

WHAT YOU NEED
Cauliflower small flower-1
Capsicum -1 medium size
onion-1 small size
chana dal-1 tea spoon
urad dal-1 tea spoon
curry leaves-few
dried red chilli-1
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
oil-2 table spoon
red chili powder-2 tea spoons
salt-to taste
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves-few

HOW TO COOK
1.Heat some oil in cooking pan,add cumin seeds,chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves,dried red chilli,Cumin seeds,mustard seeds dried red chillies,ginger,garlic paste. Then add chopped onion and saute for few seconds till nice flavour.
2.Add capsicum,cauliflower boiled and mix well.Add turmeric,salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,Coat well the masalas.Coo k for 5 minutes in low flame.
3.Add coriander leaves and garam masala finally,once done switch off the flame.serve hot with roti or white rice..
