The basic masala mixture is the key in this dish which gives a nice aroma and taste to it.I have used ricotta cheese here but you can go with fresh home made paneer if you have in hands..rarely I get spinach which is must in this,so use all three green leaves to get a real taste of it..Over all, this dish is a best pair to serve with roti, pulka or chapathi..Like paneer butter masala or paneer kadai you people definitely love this dish too. So,try this and enjoy.
