Hyderabadi Style Vegetable Tawa Pulao | Vegetable Tawa Fried Rice | Desi Style Tawa Pulao With Vegetables | Dhaba Style Spicy Fried Rice For Lunch

Tawa Pulao is basically boiled Rice tossed with fresh vege- tables and spicy masalas. It is very simple to make and spices brings a good flavor to rice.If you don`t have enough time to cook an elaborate meal this rice is perfect.If you have left over rice you can cook like this with simple spice powders in less than 15 minutes.
You can use any vegetables as per your choice which makes the dish more healthy.When i feels lazy,prefers to prepare this healthy one pot meals along with rice. In many of the hyderabadi road sides hotels or in dhabas you can see this rice. So,its like street style method which I have followed.Give a try to this and serve with raita or curd..Enjoy every spoon heart fully.

WHAT YOU NEED
Boiled rice/cooked white rice/left over rice-2 cups
Tomato(chopped)-1
Potato(chopped)-1
Onion(chopped)-1
Carrot (chopped)-1
Green Peas(fresh/frozen)-(1/2 cup)
cauli flower florets-1/2 cup
sweet corn (frozen)-1/2 cup
Capsicum/Bell pepper(chopped)-1
Ginger garlic paste or finely chopped-1 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves-1/3 cup
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
black pepper powder-1/ 2 tsp
Salt to taste
soya sauce-1 tsp
chili sauce-1 tsp
chat masala-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tbsp (optional)
HOW TO COOK
Heat enough oil in a large kadai, fry the cumin, chopped  onions,ginger garlic paste and sauté until the onions turns transculent.
Add all the vegetables and chopped tomatoes,cook until the turns coriander powder, turmeric powder,Red chilli powder,Garam masala powder,black pepper powder..cook for few minutes. Then add soya sauce,chili sauce,chat masala and cook in simmer for few minutes until the vegetables gets cooked.
Immediately add the cooked rice and toss gently until every thing get well mixed.Enjoy warm with any sort of side dish or raitas.
