This is the common juice which I make twice at least in a week.. Combination of lettuce and bananas is perfect,which results into a tasty juice really.. In this kind of raw/green juices honey,salt,lemon are important always..So,with three base ingredients you can prepare various kinds of healthy juices..
This juice is tummy filling so for those who prefers to avoid rice or if wants to loss some calories,must try this kind of juices.I have already posted few green juices and vegetable juices which are very good for diabetic people and heavy weight persons.At least 2-3 times per week, try this kind of juices,which pumps out the impurities if you are healthy without any issues ..

WHAT YOU NEED
 Lettuce leaves/Alface -1 big bunch
Ripen bananas-2-3
Honey-2 table spoons
Salt-2 pinches
Lemon juice-2-3 table spoons
Water-1/2 litre


HOW TO MAKE

In blender take chopped lettuce leaves,ripen bananas,honey, salt,lemon juice,water. Blend until every thing turns smooth puree..Adjust water level,to make liquidy consistency..Serve immediately..
