Simple Mixed Vegetable Curry | Vegetable Curries For Chapathi | Mixed Vegetable Subji For Roti


Curry or Subji plays a main role in daily menu..It`s a big task to women to decide what to cook for next day. It`s too tough,for those who gets very few vegetables at their places..In our place also,we get few veggies that too which are high in cost..I think in american countries meat,chicken are cheaper than the vegetables.How many agree this??
Any way, today`s recipe is a simple curry with mixed vege- tables.The process is quite simple yet tastes spicy too.. This subji tastes great with roti or chapathi..If all the veggies ready in hand can cook it easily in minutes..Try this curry and serve with hot rotis/pulkas..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

onion-1 medium size
Whole garam masala
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Tomato-1 big
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Curd-2 tbsp
Mint leaves-few
Green peas-3 tbsp
Carrot-1 big
Potatoes-2 small size
Cauliflower florets-1 cup
Beans chopped -1/2 cup
oil-2 tablespoons



HOW TO COOK
1.Chop all the vegetables ,boil water,put these veggies,cook them until soft and drain in colander.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,cumin seeds,chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
3.Add 
boiled veggies (above said), chopped tomato and mix well,add coriander,cumin,turmeric,red chilli powder and stir well.
4.Add curd and bring it to boil,add mint leaves,and cook for 10 minutes,add some water if curry is too dry.
5.Cook on medium flame,cover and cook for few minutes till done,turn off and serve hot with naan rotis.
