My love on fruit salad never ends..I have already many salad recipes some are my own creations too.. Usually using whipping cream with mint combination I prepares salad for dinner times..This is also with mint addition but yogurt is the main base in this recipe..You can use greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt,here I used fruit flavored sweet yoghurt which is semi liquid consistency...
If the yogurt is thick add cream or milk according to your choice..For sweet tastes you can add condensed milk if the yogurt is sweet less.I added honey but it is your choice..You can choose any fruits but not too soft or pulpy fruits like papaya or watermelon..I love to throw walnuts or almonds in salads so here also I have used walnuts which is an optional..If you want  a simple or light dinner this kind of salads are filling and healthy too..Prepare this and have a chilled bowl of salad..

WHAT YOU NEED
 2 cups fruit flavored yogurt or plain yogurt
 1 banana - peeled and cut in slices
 1 apple - cut in  small pieces
 2 small pears - cut in small pieces

 2 small guavas-cut in small pieces
 4 tablespoons walnuts, crumbled

 2 tablespoons honey

 1/2 tea spoon salt
 1 cup finely chopped mint leaves-fresh



HOW TO COOK


Put the chopped fruits in a bowl. Add mint leaves to yogurt, add honey and salt stir and rest it for 10 minutes. Place all the chopped fruits in yogurt now. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes and serve..
