Idli is one of the popular south indian breakfast which most of the housewives prefers to make.. Idli is very healthy yet filling food which is cooked in steam method.These days I too started making idli in the mornings. When some idlis are left I tried few recipes like idli upma,pepper idli,idli manchurian and this dahi idli..
Will share remaining recipes soon and now coming to this one,,it is simple yet tasty recipe which can prepare in minutes..All you need to do is tempering and soaking idli in curd..This two steps brings out a beautiful dish which satisfy your tummy and tongue definitely..Have a look and give a try to this..

How to make idli/Idli Recipe
leftover Idlis-5-6
Curd/Yogurt-1 cup
For Tadka/Talimpu
oil-1 table spoon
mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
urad dal-1 tea spoon
chana dal-1 tea spoon
hing-2 pinches
dry red chili-2
curry leaves-few
garlic pods-2 chopped

Take yogurt/curd in bowl.Add salt mix well and dip idlis..
How heat a pan with oil,prepare tadka by throwing all the ingredients which mentioned under TADKA. Pour this on idlis and serve..
