Kati roll is a stuffed paratha served filled with many variations in the preparation of the stuffing. Today, there are a variety of veg or non-veg fillings rolled up in any kind of Indian flatbread is called a kati roll. An Indian sandwich shop specializing in stuffed griddled roti.Roll is a simple and nutritious snack, perfect for busy morning breakfast and also lunch.

PREPARATION TIME- 30 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED
2 cups atta/wheat flour
1/2 tsp chat masala
500 grams bone less Chicken
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 sprig coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 number egg
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
1 table spoon lemon juice
2 tbsp oil + for chapathi frying
1 medium size onion
as needed salt
1 small tomato
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
as needed water to make dough
HOW TO COOK
In a bowl take wheat flour/atta,salt,oil mix well then add water to make a soft dough keep it aside for 15 min.wash chicken,chop into small size pieces.Chop tomato,onion finely and keep it aside.Beat a egg and keep it aside.
Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger and garlic paste, chopped onions,cook till onions are golden brown, then add chicken,tomatoes,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander+cumin powders and mix well.Now close it with a lid and cook till chicken is tender, then add chat masala, lemon juice,coriander leaves and mix well.Now take the dough make a thin chapati apply oil spread all over, then sprinkle maida fold it and make round and press in center rest it for 10 min.Now roll it into a big size parathas. Heat tawa add some oil,place this paratha, keep flame in low,spread egg mixture evenly and put 2-3 table spoons of cooked chicken and roll it tightly.
