Chicken Keema Curry | Minced Chicken Masala | Spicy Murgh Keema Recipe | How to make Minced Chicken | Basics In Cooking

 Chicken keema is nothing but making chicken into fine pieces which looks mushy. Usually using meat machine prepares minced meat which we can see in super markets or meat shops..At home we can make it using meat hammer which is easily available in super markets..Apart of those two methods I make it with mixy grinder(Preethi Blue Leaf mixy grind) Using small jar I make mince meat always,I have already posted about it long time back.

With this minced chicken masala tried few recipes few weeks back,so thought to share this basic recipe first which is helpful..Actually It`s a basic chicken meat mixture whic is cooked with spice powders in oil..This particular masala is good to make fried rice,to stuff parathas,to make gujiyas or stuffed buns..I have tried parathas and fried rice will post soon all the recipes in future.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20 MINUTES
 WHAT YOU NEED
Boneless chicken-250 grams
Red chili powder-2 tea spoons
salt-to taste
garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
coriande rpowder-1/2 tea spoon
cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
onion-1 small very finely chopped
oil-2 table spoons
finely chopped coriander leaves-2 table spoons
HOW TO COOK
Wash Chicken twice,cut into fine pieces.Take Chicken into mixy jar,grind into fine puree by running mixy 2-3 times in high mode.Check in between and seperate the pureed meat into other bowl.
Now heat a vessel/kadai/non stick pan with oil.Throw very finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste saute until turns into brown color.Now add ground meat,mix well.Then add in spice powders,mix every thing..You can mash the big size pieces using back side of the spatula or wooden spoon. Mix nicely every thing cover and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.Stir in between to avoid burning,if it looks too dry add 1-2 table spoons of water but cook until mixture turns dry.Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.Finally turn off and use for recipes. Or you can serve this as  a side dish with roti or with rice and curd.
