This is a simple yet tasty dates cake which is eggless..I have already posted two dates cakes recipes which are egg less with different ingredients and measurements.In the recipe which I have posted few days back, used water to puree the dates and walnuts too.but in this recipe used milk and made without nuts.Adding soda gives a spongy ,fluffy texture to the cake.Grind dates until puree for perfect cake and use olive oil for light texture but I used vegetable oil.It is a guilt free healthy cake which is perfect for breakfast or kids snack box..Bake this healthy cake and enjoy.

WHAT YOU NEED
Dates-1 cup (18 no)
White sugar-3/4 cup
Vegetable Oil-1/2 cup
Wheat flour-1 cup
Baking soda-1 tea spoon
HOW TO BAKE
Preheat oven at 200 degree C.Apply oil to the cake tin,dust with flour evenly and keep aside.
Chop dates finely take them in mixy jar with 1/4 cup of milk and blend until smooth and puree.Now take the remaining milk in a mixing bowl,add ground dates puree,combine every thing.
Add in sugar,mix till it dissolves in dates mixture..Then add oil and stir again..Now add baking soda,flour and stir every thing well without any lumps..Shift this batter into greased cake tin.Bake for 30-35 minutes in oven or until it is done.Check out with tooth pick and turn off..Serve warm cake with milk or coffee.
