Fruit custard is a delicious and nutritious dessert which can be prepared very easily with very few ingredients. Custard is not only a delicious dessert also healthy because of many fruits addition.you can add any fruits as per your taste but not too soft or mushy fruits.
cooking custard perfectly is the important step and key in the recipe and you can add cream which gives a smooth and nice texture.But I added just 2-3 table spoons of cream and some dry fruits too.After dinner you can serve this custard as a dessert which makes your meal full.Try this custard and serve chilled..

Pear - 1

Cream - 2 table spoons(I used) or 1/3 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup (150 grams)
Vanilla custard powder- more than -3 table spoons
Milk - 3 1/2 cups (full cream)
You can use Seedless green grapes and  Pomegranate seeds if you have.
 In a vessel take milk and place it on flame to simmer.
 Wash fruits and cut into fine size pieces,make sure that all are in same size.
 In 1/2 cup milk and add custard powder and stir to dissolve to avoid the lumps. Make a smooth batter.
 When you see gentle boil in the milk, add the custard batter in small portions and keep stirring constantly.
To it add sugar and stir the batter continuously until it get thick and dense in consistency. It can take 7 to 8 minutes.Turn off and after 5 minutes you can add cream to it if you like.
Once the custard cools down, add diced fruits and chopped dry fruits and nuts to it. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Serve this tempting and super delicious fruit custard after lunch or dinner and whenever you crave for something sweet.
