WHAT YOU NEED
Semolina/Sooji/ Fine Rava - 1/2 Cup
Water- 1 Cup
Fresh Mango pulp - 1 Cup
Cardamom powder -1 tea spoon
Sugar -1/2 Cup
HOW TO COOK
Heat ghee in a pan and add sooji,roast for a minute and take it on paper/plate.Now add some more ghee and add cashew nut, raisins, semolina and roast it slightly,then take those on a plate .prepare mango pulp.
In the same pan add water and let it boil.Now add rava ,mix well.Cook it for 2-3 minutes by stirring later add sugar, mango pulp and mix it. Cook for 2-3 minutes in low flame by stirring. While stirring add 1-2 table spoons ghee. At last add cardamom powder,dry fruits and mix it, later transfer into serving plate.Now mango sheera is ready to serve.
