Cheese cake is my favorite dessert which I love to try every time in different versions.I have posted mango cheese cake recipe and 2 strawberry cheese cake recipes.But while think- ing about the cheese cakes, noticed that I did n`t tried basic cheese cake recipe till now.So,here is the basic easy cream cheese cake which is simple to make because the ingredients are very common which available easily..I used mini cheese cake pan but removable plate pan goes well to try.Use chilled cream cheese and cream for thick texture.Instead of condensed milk you can use white sugar for sweetness.Over all,it`s a fool proof cheese cake recipe which a wonderful dessert to serve after a good meals.Try this and serve with some chcoolate sauce..

PREPARATION TIME- 30 MINUTES
REFRIGERATING TIME- 2 HOURS or OVER NIGHT
WHAT YOU NEED
Cream cheese-150 grams
Cream | Creme de leite-200 grams
Condensed milk-1 cup (or 3/4 cup)
Vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
Digestive Food Biscuits-20
Un salted Butter-2 table spoons
Black raisins-few (optional)
Chocolate sauce- to serve
HOW TO COOK
Take cream cheese in a bowl,beat with machine for a half minute.Add in cream,beat again.Add condensed milk mix again.Now add vanilla essence and beat again finally.Keep this aside.you can add raisins if you like and mix..Another side,crumble the biscuits,add butter,mix well.set the mixture in cake tin,press evenly and freeze for 10-20 minutes..Then pour the cream cheese batter on top and refrigerate for over night..Serve chilled slice of cheese cake with red fruit sauce topping or with chocolate sauce.
