I have posted brazil chocolate cake last year which was popular in brazil. As a blog anniversary special shared that recipe few months back..This is an another version of chocolate cake which is also from brasil.
Each state have different ingredient measurements so thought to share one more new method chocolate cake recipe which here people prefers to make..Brazil cakes are quite simple without any nuts and even soda..This cake is also quite easy to bake and spongy..Check out full recipe and let me know how it turned for you..

PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED
eggs-2
oil-1/2 cup
curd-1/2 cup
cocoa-1/3 cup
sugar-3/4 cup
baking powder-1 tea spoon
baking soda-1/2 tea spoon
wheat flour-2 cups
vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
HOW TO BAKE
Take oil,vanilla in a bowl,add sugar,mix until sugar dissolves.Add in cocoa,baking powder,soda and mix well.Add eggs,curd and beat for a minute using hand whisker or beater machine. Then add flour and stir well together..
Preheat oven at 200 degree C.take baking pan. Apply oil or butter,dust with flour..Pour the batter and bake for 40 minutes.Check out with tooth pick and turn off once when it`s done.let it cool for some time and serve..
Decorate as you like if you have time.With chocolate butter cream I frosted it and sprinkled some chocolate semiya..
For chocolate butter cream mix soft butter,cocoa in a bowl.add some powdered sugar and beat for a minute..Keep it in fridge for 15-20 minutes and frost cake..
