I have posted chicken keema recipe on blog few days back..Using that chicken keema tried few recipes like parathas,fried rice and this sandwich.This sandwich is very healthy because of adding some vegetables and cheese.If you prepare chicken keema day before making this sandwich is very simple in the break fats time.More than elders,kids loves if you give hot sandwich along with some warm milk or can send in lunch box too.Try the recipe and let me know how it turned out for you.

Chicken keema curry
finely chopped bell pepper-1/2 cup
grated carrot-1/2 cup
finely chopped onion-1/2 cup
mozarella cheese-1/2 cup
finely chopped coriander leaves-2 table spoons
black pepper powder&salt-to tasteHOW TO COOK
Arrange all the ingredients aside..in a bowl,take chopped all veggies,chicken keema,coriander leaves,cheese, pepper and salt..Mix well..Now stuff this mixture on bread slice and close with another bread..
Heat a pan with butter,fry the sandwich on both sides in medium flame,just for few seconds..Turn off then and serve hot..
