Parathas are one of the famous north indian recipe which many of the people use to make for breakfast/dinner times.Can make many varieties of parathas like in circle shapes,triangle shape,square shape some are with stuffings or by folding in flour mixture.I have posted already various paratha recipes and today sharing new recipe which is made with Garlic.This garlic bread is a popular and traditional flat bread made with wheat flour stuffed with a spread made of spicy, tangy and pungent. Garlic is one of the common flavor used in indian cuisine.So these parathas also strong in flavor yet perfect for dinner or lunch.All you need is pickle and curd to serve along with parathas.

WHAT YOU NEED
wheat flour- 2 cups
1 table spoon of oil
Ghee -1/4 cup
Black pepper powder-1 tea spoon or to taste
Rice flour-1 tea spoon
Chat masala-1/4 tea spoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
Crushed garlic paste -2 table spoons
Oil-for paratha frying
In a bowl take flour,2 pinches of salt,table spoon of oil,mix well.Using water make into a fine dough ball,rest it for 15 minutes.Mean while,take Ghee in a bowl,add salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,rice flour,chat masala,crushed garlic paste and mix well.
Now knead dough for 2 minutes divide dough into lemon size balls.Using extra flour roll like chapathi,sprinkle some flour and apply the garlic mixture.Rest it for 10 minutes then like shown in below pictures,roll the chapathi,with some more extra flour roll it into medium size.
Heat tawa add some oil,pan fry the paratha on both sides in high flame until light brown color spots appears. Serve hot parathas with pickle and curd.
