Gobi is one of the versatile vegetable which is favorite one for many of the vegetarians.Even I like gobi so often uses it in kitchen..More than with the rice, gobi dishes tastes great with rotis/ chapathis.Being a food blogger likes to bring out different yet healthy recipes which may helps you all to cook in daily life.
So,thought to share this innovative combination curry which is a perfect side dish for chapathi any time..It`s a combination of chanadal and gobi which are pre cooked and cooked later. So,it`s quite easy to make in minutes if the two main ingredients are ready in hand.Do give a try and share how it turned out..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME-20  MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
chanadal-1 cup
cauli flower/gobi-1 small
red chili powder-1 table spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
salt-to taste
oil-2 table spoon
cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon
mustard seeds-1/2 tea spoon
 Then add finely chopped 
onions-1 small
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
coriander leaves -few
HOW TO COOK
Wash chanadal,soak for 20 minutes and pressure cook for 10 minutes in medium flame,keep aside.
wash and cut cauli flower florets.In hot wateradd pinch of turmeric powder,salt add this gobi and let it boil for 10 minutes high flame and take them in colander.
Now heat a pan with oil,throw cumin seeds, mustard seeds. Then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute in medium flame.Add boiled gobi and pressure cooked chanadal,mix well.Add in spice powders and saute well.Cook in medium flame for 5 minutes with lid.Add 1-2 table spoons of  water to avoid burning..Now finally add coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,coriander leaves if you have,mix once cook for 10 minutes in low flame and turn off.
