Payasam is an indian popular sweet which we people make often in festival times. Using milk we indian prepares various sweets which are quite popular in all over the country.Semiya payasam is one of the common famous sweet in my home which I make often for festival times.
With the semiya payasam base,made this mango payasam.It`s mango season here so tried this beautiful sweet first time and came out simply delicious.Instead of regular kheer,try this new version and serve warm or chilled as per your family taste.I love warm as well as cold.

PREPARATION TIME-10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Fresh mango pulp-1 cup
ghee-2 table spoons
cashews+almonds+raisins
semiya -1/2 cup
milk-2 cups
sugar-3/4 cup - 1 cup (adjust as per your taste)
cardamom powder-1 tea spoon
HOW TO COOK
Heat vessel in pan,add ghee and roast dry fruits, nuts and take them into a bowl.in the same vessel add semiya and roast for a minute..add milk,mix well and cook for 5 minutes in high flame.Then add sugar,mix once and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.Add in dry fruits, nuts  and cardamom powder,stir gently,cook for 5 more minutes and turn off.Now add fresh mango pulp mix gently,rest it for 10-15 minutes.Serve warm or cold.
