After started making Idlis for breakfast feeling comfortable because it`s quite time saving yet made breakfast filling.Some times idlis are remaining so to use those idlis trying different recipes which are also perfect for breakfast or for lunch as well.

WHAT YOU NEED

leftover Idlis-6-8 small size
oil-1 table spoon
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
curry leaves-few
onion-1 small
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tea spoon
salt- to taste
red chili powder-1/2 tea spoon
turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon 
black pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non stick pan with oil.Add  cumin seeds, curry leaves,let`s crackle it. Then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste,mix well.Add in salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder and cook for a minute in low flame. Add in chopped idlis,toss them and throw some fresh pepper powder.Mix every thing gently cook for 5 minutes in low flame and turn off.Serve hot with curd..
