WHAT YOU NEED
leftover Idlis-6-8 small size
oil-1 table spoon
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tea spoon
salt- to taste
red chili powder-1/2 tea spoon
turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon
black pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non stick pan with oil.Add cumin seeds, curry leaves,let`s crackle it. Then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste,mix well.Add in salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder and cook for a minute in low flame. Add in chopped idlis,toss them and throw some fresh pepper powder.Mix every thing gently cook for 5 minutes in low flame and turn off.Serve hot with curd..
