Milk sweets are quite popular in India like  kheer,kalakand,chum chum, phirni, rasagulla and this rabri.It`s a simple milsweet with sugar and cardamom addition.

This milk-based dish is made by boiling the milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its color to pinkish. Sugar and nuts adds a nice flavor to the sweet.Try it and serve the chilled rabri dessert.

WHAT YOU NEED
 Full cream milk -1/2 litre
sugar-1/2 cup
cardamom powder-1 tea spoon
HOW TO COOK
Heat milk in vessel.keep flame in medium heat stir in between to avoid burning.Add sugar, cardamom powder mix gently and boil for 15-20 minutes.Milk should come in half quantity. When the milk is in thick consistency turn off and rest it for some time..Add your favorite dry fruits and nuts.Refrigerate for some time and serve chilled.
