Generally in pizza making uses Mozarella cheese which I too buy some times.. While thinking about trying some recipe using this cheese got an idea of parathas. With chicken keema stuffed paratha inspiration have tried this variety and it`s totally a very good attempt of mine.
This paratha will be kids favorite if you serve them once,they will like it definitely.Because kids loves cheese so obviously they`ll love this version too.But adjust the spice level and increase the cheese level as per their taste.Here is the full recipe and let me know how it turned out for you.☺☺

PREPARATION TIME-15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20-30 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Wheat flour-2 cups
salt-2 pinches
oil -1 table spoon
For Stuffing:
mozarella cheese-1 cup grated
red chili powder-to taste
salt-to taste
garam masala-1 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
chat masala-1/2 tea spoon (optional)
white flour-extra flour for paratha rolling
oil-for paratha frying
HOW TO COOK
Take flour in a bowl,add salt,oil and suing water make into a fine dough.In a vessel grate cheese, red chili powder,salt,garam masala,ginger garlic paste mix gently..Now divide dough into lemon size balls. Roll it in small size,put this lemon size mozarella cheese stuffing and close with from all edges..Now using extra white flour roll it in medium size carefully and repeat the process with the remaining dough.Heat tawa and pan fry the paratha with oil both sides until light brown colour bubbles/spots appears.. Turn off the tawa and serve hot parathas with curd and any pickle.
