Chicken Keema Stuffed Gujiya Recipe | Chicken Gujiya Recipe | Deep Fried Chicken Snacks

Do you love snacks?? I mean some spicy or salty deep fries.Though they are not healthy eating once or twice in a week is fine to make tummy or tongue satisfy. Though for elders deep fries may not healthy but kids loves actually lot.I have posted long time back chicken keema recipe in blog.
Also,using that keema chicken tried and shared few recipes in blog already.This is an another yet last recipe using minced chicken which i have tried few weeks back.These are stuffed gujiyas which are deep fried in two methods.You can use any one of the method and try to serve hot always with ketchup and hot coffee/tea.

PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20-30 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
wheat  flour-1 cup
oil-1 table spoon
salt -2 pinches
oil-for deep frying 
gujiya mould maker
Store bought pastry sheets-few (optional)
HOW TO COOK
Take flour,oil,salt in bowl.Using water knead into fine dough,rest it for 15 minutes.Keep the chicken keema ready.Now divide dough into small lemon size balls.Now,roll a dough ball gently,stuff the mixture and using gujiya mould cut into shape gently.remove out the excess of dough.I have also tried using store bought pastry sheets to make some gujiyas.Using fork press the edges in both methods and keep them ready.Now heat oil and fry these gujiyas in medium flame on both sides..Remove the gujiyas on paper towel and serve hot ketchup.
