Chicken dishes are always stands as a best side dish for chapathi any time.I have posted makhani masala gravy recipe few days back. So,using that gravy tried this chicken makhani masala which is a best dish for roti.Boneless chicken is best to use in this recipe which is also time saving.
Adding butter and cream makes the dish more rich and delicious.So,don`t compro mise to add those.When you are arranging get to gether make this wonderful dish and make happy your guests.

PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Makhani gravy-1 cup
Red chili powder-2 tea spoons
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
Maida-1 tea spoons
Curd-2 table spoons
Chicken-250 grams
Butter-2 table spoons
Water -1 cup
Whipping cream-1/4 cup
HOW TO COOK
In a bowl, add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,maida,curd,mix well.Add in chicken pieces and mix well.Rest it for 1 hour minimum or over night if possible.
Now in a pan heat butter,add chicken and roast for 10 minutes in medium-low flame.Now add makhani gravy,water and mix well.Cook for 10 minutes in low flame with a lid.Stir in between to avoid burning.Check out the chicken is done or not.If it cooked well,add some cream,stir gently and turn off.Serve hot with chapathi/naan or pulao..
