Chilli Idli | Capsicum Chili Idli | Triple Color Capsicum Idli | Left over Idli Recipes

Here is the another recipe using leftover idlis.This is called chili idli which is cooked with triple color bell peppers.It is a nice recipe to make in breakfast even kids likes this type of dishes instead if idli with chutney.You can use have this for dinner even if you are boring cook for your self..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
 oil-2 table spoons
 cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
 onion-1 small
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
triple color bell peppers (red,green,yellow)-1/2 cup each one
salt-to taste
chili sauce-1 tea spoon
soya sauce -1 tea spoon
 idlis -6-8 medium size

HOW TO COOK
Heat vessel or pan with oil,throw cumin seeds,mustard seeds,finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.Then add chopped triple color bell peppers,saute for a while.Add salt,chili sauce,soya sauce and mix gently.Cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.Now add finely chopped idlis and stir gently.Cook for 5 more minutes in low flame and turn off.Serve hot with Tea or coffee.
