This is the recipe which is in my mind from a long time to try..Mango salsa is a mixture of bell peppers with pepper and salt..It tastes sweet,spicy,tangy over all delicious bowl to serve.Use good kind of mango fruit to get good shaped pieces.

WHAT YOU NEED
Mango-1 fruit
Bell peppers-red&yellow&green -chopped 1/2 cup each one
Coriander leaves-few
Mint leaves-few
Salt-to taste
Pepper powder -1/2 tea spoon
Lemon juice-1 table spoon
HOW TO COOK
Wash and chop mango into small pieces. Also,wash and chop 3 color bell peppers,take all of them in bowl,add finely chopped coriander leaves,mint leaves,salt,pepper powder and squeeze lemon juice.Stir every thing gently,rest it for 15-20 minutes and serve..
