Radish Carrot Fry Recipe | Mullangi Carrot Vepudu | Vegetable Fry Recipes For Chapathi | Side Dishes For Roti

I have posted potato pepper fry and radish coconut fry long time back in blog which are a good side dish for rice or chapathi.Here is the another combination of stir fry with innovative combination.Though radish is available in my place have no idea about cooking various dishes.
I have already posted few radish dishes but never tried with other combinations.This is one of the healthy and tasty fry which goes well with rice and chapathi at the same time.

Ingredients
carrot-1 big (2 cups finely chopped)
radish-1 small size ((2 cups finely chopped)
oil-2 table spoon
cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon
mustard seeds-1/2 tea spoon
urad dal-1/2 tea spoon
chana dal-1/2 tea spoon
curry leaves -few
onion-1 small
ginger garlic paste -1/2 tea spoon
salt-to taste
 red chili powder-1 or 2 tea spoon
turmeric powder -1/2 tea spoon
coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
cumin powder -1/2 tea spoon
garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
How to cook
Heat a pan with oil,throw cumin seeds,mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.Now add finely chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute..Now add boiled carrot,radish pieces and mix well.Add salt,mix gently,cook for 2 minutes.Now add red chili powder,turmeric powder and mix well.Cook for 3 minutes with lid in low flame.Then add coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala.Mix gently cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off.Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
