Though fish is so smelly,I likes fried fish which is so spicy..Spicy taste dominates the fish smell and makes fish taste much better..I usually cook tilapia variety and some times salmon variety.Salmon fish is healthy but smells odd which I don`t like.
When H brought few pieces thought to try in indian style to avoid that bad odor.So,this fry is so spicy and hot but with some squeezed lemon it tastes super..

WHAT YOU NEED
salmon fish slices -4
fenu greek seeds/methi seeds/mentulu-1 table spoon
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
red chili powder-1 tea spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
coriander powder-1 tea spoon
store bought fish masala or garam masala-1 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
oil-1 table spoon
lemon juice-1/2 wedge
all purpose flour/maida/white flour/atta -2 tea spoons
oil -for frying fish pieces
HOW TO COOK
Keep the salmon fish slices on kitchen paper towel to dry.mean while dry roast the fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds in a pan for few seconds and grind into fine powder.Now in a plate,take red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder, coriander powder,fish masala,ground powder,ginger garlic paste,oil,lemon juice,all purpose flour and make it into a fine paste.. Now,apply this masala mixture to fish slices carefully and rest it for 30 minutes minimum.Then heat a tawa with oil and fry these fish pieces in low flame for 15 minutes.Keep flipping them other sides to cook evenly.Make sure the flame is in low other wise fish gets burnt soon.So,be patience while frying,it`s time consuming but for perfect shape and frying need to cook in low flame carefully which gives a best result..Finally turn off and serve hot with some salad and lemon wedges.
