How to Make Idli Manchurian | Leftover Idli Recipes | Indo Chinese Recipes | Breakfast Ideas

Idli is the most common breakfast in Indian houses which we can see all the weekdays.So,the same old idli may gives a bore feeling so trying different recipes is a good idea using the leftover Idlis .

PREPARATION TIME-15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15-20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
soya sauce-1 table spoon
vinegar-1-2 tea spoon
chili paste-1 tea spoon
ajinomoto-1/2 tea spoon 
Idlis-  8-10 small size
green capsicum-1 medium size
onion-1 small size
oil-2 table spoons
garlic-2-3 big cloves
cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon
salt- to taste
black pepper powder- to taste (1 tea spoon)

HOW TO COOK
In a bowl,take soya sauce,vinegar,chili paste,ajinomoto and mix well..Now chop idlis into bite size pieces.Chop garlic finely and capsicum,onion into fine pieces.
Now heat a non stick pan with oil,throw chopped garlic,cumin seeds,saute for few seconds..Add onion,green bell pepper chopped,mix well. Add salt to taste,cook for 2-3 minutes..Then add soya sauce mixture,black pepper powder to taste,stir gently,cook for 2 minutes and add chopped idlis..Give a gentle stir,cook for 5 minutes in low flame with lie then turn off..Serve hot.
