Mango Mousse | How to Make Mango Mousse With Gelatin | Mango Desserts | Gelatin Recipes

Never feels tired or bore to try recipes using Mango.It will be more happy if the recipe is dessert type..Already have posted some delicious desserts of mango and here is the another simple yet tasty dessert called mousse.This is not vegan or even vegetarian because I used gelatin.
Gelatin makes the mixture firm and gives a nice texture to the dessert.Vegetarians can replace it with Agar-Agar powder and I have already shared mango mousse recipe using Agar-Agar. With just 4 Ingredients wonderful recipe will be ready.Try this and enjoy..

Fresh Mango pulp/puree-1 cup
Whipping cream -1 cup
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Gelatin -2 tea spoons
Mango chunks-for topping
Prepare mango pulp,keep aside.. Whip cream in a mixing bowl,add in mango puree.then add condensed milk and mix well.
In a bowl take gelatin add warm water,stir till it dissolves.. Add this in mango mixture and stir gently.Pour this in serving glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours or over night..Serve  chilled with some mango chunks toppings..
