Traditional Carrot Cake Recipe | Moist Carrot Cake Without Butter | Easy Cake Recipes For Beginners

Carrot is cake is most of the people`s favorite,including me.I have already posted few varieties of carrot cakes recipes and this is little bit different from those..It is called as traditional carrot cake which is simple to bake yet tastes delicious..
Instead of grating carrots I prefers grounding them coarsely for less work,but grating carrot gives a nice texture to cake after baking..So,according to your taste can follow the steps.Try this version and enjoy.

PREPARATION TIME-20 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 40 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Eggs-3 big size
Vegetable oil or Olive oil -1 cup
White Sugar-1 1/2 cup -2 cups
Carrots-3 medium size (coarsely ground or grated  - 1 cup)
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda-1 tea spoon
Wheat flour-2 cups
Raisins-handful (optional)
HOW TO BAKE
Preheat oven at 180 degree C..Peel skin,cut into pieces,grind into coarse puree.Now in a mixing bowl, break eggs,add oil,sugar and mix well..Now add carrot mixture,,stir well.. Then add baking powder,baking soda,wheat flour and mix well without any lumps..Now apply oil or butter in cake tin,dust with flour.Now pour cake batter, tap tin to avoid bubbles..Place cake tin,bake for 35-40 minutes.Check out with tooth pick,if it comes out clean cake is done.Turn off and rest cake on wire rack for 10-15 minutes.Slice and serve hot with coffee or milk..
