Cabbage Soya chunks Curry | Soya nuggets Cabbage Masala Subji | Vegetarian side dishes for Chapathi

If you are a person who makes chapathis/rotis every day in daily meals then definitely you need different curries and gravies as a side dish..Because as a chapathi lover I know how boring it will be if you serve same old side dishes often..
So, I prefer to cook every time different dishes ,mostly curries with vegetables or paneer.I actually likes soya chunks which are also a good side dish for chapathis. So,by adding some cabbage tried this simple curry in the pressure cooker which saves time..It is easy to prepare also tastes good and of course healthy too.Check out the full recipe below..

WHAT YOU NEED
Soya chunks-1 cup
Oil-2 table spoons
Onion- 1 small
Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Cabbage-1 small 
Red chili powder 1 - 2 tea spoons
salt-to taste
turmeric powder -1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
Cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
Fresh Coriander leaves-few
Tadka ingredients
mustard seeds-1/2 tea spoon
cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon
chanadal-1 tea spoon
urad dal-1 tea spoon
few curry leaves
1 dry red chili
HOW TO COOK
In a vessel boil water,add soya chunks,cook til soft and drain in a colander..Heat pressure cooker add oil,then add tadka ingredients..Now add finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute..now add chopped cabbage, stir gently..After a minute add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Cook this for 2 minutes and add boiled soya chunks.. Stir gently and add 1/2 cup of water.. Close with lid and pressure cook for 10-12 minutes in medium-low flame.turn off and finally add garam masala,coriander powder,cumin powder and coriander leaves..Stir gently and serve hot with chapathis.
