Jeera roti | Cumin Paratha | Paratha Recipes For Lunch Box | Paratha Recipes For Dinner

Parathas,chapathis or rotis are my all time favorite which I would like to serve in dinner times mostly..Along with paneer gravies or kormas rotis and chapathis tastes great always.For a change tried jeera paratha in the place of plain chapathi which came out so good.
These are healthy and tasty because of wheat floru and cumin seeds.I served these paratahs with hariyali paneer gravy but thick curd raita is also fine as a side dish with these..Try next time this simple recipe and let me know how it turned out for you.

WHAT YOU NEED
To make dough you need
Wheat flour -2 cups
oil-2 table spoons
little bit of salt 
water -as needed
Masala powder for paratha stuffing
cumin seeds-1 table spoon
red chili powder-to taste
salt-to taste
cumin powder-1 tea spoon
chat masala-1/2 tea spoon
HOW TO COOK
In a bowl,take flour add oil,little bit of salt and using water make into a fine dough.Rest it for 15 minutes..Mean while in a small bowl,take cumin seeds,red chili powder,salt,cumin powder,chat masala and mix well.This is the masala powder for paratha stuffing. Now take lemon size dough ball roll it with some extra white flour,spread some oil,sprinkle masala powder and some flour.Fold and roll it like shown in pictures.Then roll it on board using rolling pin..Do the same process with remaining dough. Heat tawa or non stick pan spread butter or oil,fry these parathas in medium flame on both sides until light brown bubbles spots.Serve hot with raita or even tastes good with any gravies or curries.
