Banana Chocolate chunk Muffins | Chocolate Chunk Banana Muffins | Breakfast Muffins Recipes | Muffins With Wheatflour

Few months back posted wheat flour banana muffins recipe which was a healthy recipe.This is also an another banana based muffins recipe with chocolate addition.I love to offer muffins or cup cakes for break fast along with upmas and sandwiches..
So,these are the muffins which I served for breakfast..With chocolate chunks and walnuts these muffins tastes so delicious..You can replace sugar with brown sugar and butter with oil if you like.. Bake these next time and serve warm with milk.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 35 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
wheat flour or all purpose flour-1 3/4 cup
Un salted butter-1/2 cup
Eggs-2
White sugar-3/4 cup (can reduce to 1/2 cup)
Ripen Bananas-3 big
Vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda+salt-1/2 +1/4 tea spoons
Chocolate chunks-1/2 cup

HOW TO BAKE
Pre heat oven at 200 degree C. In a bowl,take soften butter beat it.Add vanilla essence,sugar and mix well..Then add eggs and beat well using electric machine or metal whisker.Now add finely chopped banana ,stir gently.add flour,baking powder,soda,salt and mix every thing finely.Now add chopped chocolate and give a final stir.In muffin tin arrange paperspour this batter up to 3/4 th.Sprinkle some more chocolat on top of teh batter..Place in oven,bake for 30 minutes.Check out with tooth pick if it comes out clean, muffins are done..other wise bake for 5 more minutes and turn off.
