Basic Chocolate Chip Cookies | Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe | Cookies Recipes

Chocolate chip cookies are popular kids favorite munching snack which they love any time.But definitely there is a difference in between store bought and home made foods.Chocolate chips are my kids favorite so I thought to bake some cookies using those chips.These cookies are rich in taste because of butter and contains eggs too.I have tried this recipe two times with little bit different methods but first time cookies vanished in 3 days so missed taking pictures..
But sharing two methods of baking so whatever you likes can follow easily..I used "Madam brand whole wheat flour " instead of All purpose flour and decreased the sugar quantity too..These cookies are really delicious and crunchy in texture.. Thin size gives crunchy type texture where as big size dough balls gives the taste like chewy type..So,it is depends on your choice..Try this as per your family taste and don`t forget to share the pictures with me..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED
Un salted butter-200 grams (1 cup)
Vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
White sugar-3/4 cup to 1 cup
Eggs-2
Wheat flour or all purpose flour/ Maida - 2 1/2 cups (300 grams)
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda +salt- 1/2 tea spoon+ 1/2 tea spoon
HOW TO BAKE
keep the butter in room temperature till soft..Then take it in mixing bowl,add vanilla essence,sugar,eggs and using hand beater beat for a minute till sugar dissolves.Then add flour,baking powder,baking soda and and beat to make it a soft dough..Refrigerate this dough for 20 minutes.Then Pre heat oven at 180 degree C.Take baking pan/sheet.Line with parchment paper.on rolling board roll this dough like  a thick paratha. Using cookie cutter cut into round shape.Arrange these on baking pan.Now set the chocolate chips on cookies..Bake for 20-25 minutes and turn off.


This was the picture when I baked first time..same ingredients and measurements like above recipe...
along with flour add chocolate chips in batter and make a dough ball,refrigerate it for 20 minute then take it out and rest it for 10-15 minutes.Now divide the dough into lemon size balls.Set them on baking sheet,press the cookies with fingers gently for round shape and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree c.For crunchy cookies bake for 10 more minutes..
