Mango Custard Powder Kheer | Mango Payasam with Custard Powder | Mango Paysam with Condensed Milk

Isn`t the title of the recipe is interesting?? Have you ever imagined about the combination of custard powder and mango in the form of payasam..If not, here is the proof to that thought.
Though it is not a traditional type of Indian Payasam,process of the recipe made me to set the name like "Payasam".. Custard powder is one of the finest ingredient to make various recipes so, if you have that its simple to prepare.Try this next time and enjoy the chilled bowl.

WHAT YOU NEED
Vanilla Custard powder-2-3 table spoons
Fresh Mango pulp-1 cup
Ghee-2 table spoons
Dry fruits - cashews/almonds/ raisins-few (optional )
3% fat cow Milk -3 cups
Condensed milk -1/2 cup
HOW TO COOK
Take custard powder in mixing bowl.Add water, make it like a paste..Chop mango,make into a fine puree.Heat a vessel,add ghee and dry fruits till raisins bubbles.Then take it on a plate. Now in the same pan heat milk,when milk starts boiling,add condensed milk and stir well. Now add custard mixture and stir gently in low flame. Turn off after 5 minutes..Then after 10 minutes, add the mango pulp and dry fruits. Stir well and refrigerate for 1 hour then serve..
