Have you ever heard about this recipe??!! May be some of the people may know about raw mango paratha which is spicy version.But this is totally different from that.Because it`s a sweet paratha which made using ripen mango fruit.Better you avoid water while making dough because mango pulp moisture is enough to make a dough..
There was no fennel seeds in hand so I replaced it with sweet sompu/saunf. So,grind saunf , cardamom into fine powder and added in flour..Finally this paratha tastes best when you serve hot. You can eat it directly or mix some honey in curd and serve to dip or store bought sweet yogurt is also fine.I hope you all likes this recipe so try it and share your pictures..

Ingredients
wheat flour-1 cups
salt-1/4 tea spoon
sugar powdered -2 table spoons (optinal)
mango puree-1 cup or 1 medium size fruit
green cardamom pods-2
fennel powder (saunf/sompu podi ) -1 tea spoon
cinnamon powder-1 tea spoon
butter for pan frying
How to cook
In a mixing bowl,take wheat flour,add salt,fennel (saunf) powder.cardamom powder,mango puree and mix well to make a fine dough ball..You no need water at all in case if the mixture is too dry add 1-2 table spoons milk and knead into a dough..Rest this for 10-15 minutes..Now take rolling board, using some maida roll into paratha..Heat tawa add  some butter,place this paratha,cook until bubbles appear.Flip other side and add some butter.Cook for few seconds and remove..Do the same with the remaining dough.Serve hot with sweet curd.
