Masala Palak Paratha | Spinach Paratha | Paratha Recipes | Paratha Recipes For Dinner

Spinach is a healthy leafy vegetable which must add in daily cooking.. We get Japanese spinach,so using that recently tried this paratha few days back..I have already posted palak paratha recipe in blog long time back but this is little bit different from that..
It is simple to make and perfect for breakfast..or even for dinner also..Check out for full recipe and try it next time..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Spinach-1 cup finely chopped& tightly packed (I used Japanese variety spinach)
Wheat flour-2 cups
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Red chili powder-1 tea spoon
Salt-to taste
Ginger garlic paste -1 tea spoon
Oil-2 table spoons 
Water-as needed
HOW TO COOK
Wash and chop spinach finely,should be very fine..Now in a mixing bowl,take whole wheat flour,cumin seeds,red chili powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and mix well with fingers.Add 2 table spoons oil and mix again.Then add spinach and stir well in flour..Now using water,knead into a soft dough..Add water little by little.Rest it for 15 minutes..Now divide dough into lemon size balls.Take a dough ball,using extra flour,roll in medium size,like shown in below picture fold it and roll it again in square shape..heat tawa,add oil,place this paratha and fry both sides.Serve hot with curd and pickle..
