Matar palak is a healthy combination of green vegetables like peas and spinach..After finding out Japanese Spinach here got chance to try many recipes so this is the another recipe which I have tried recently..
Few years back shared spinach sweet corn masala gravy recipe so with that recipe idea tried this and its a big hit too..Chapathi and rotis are the best to serve with this so try it next time and enjoy..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Basic Spinach Puree-1 cupOnion-1 small
Frozen green peas-1 cup
Whipped cream -1/4 cup


HOW TO COOK
Check out the link for "how to make basic spinach puree" keep it ready..Now heat  a pan with oil,add finely chopped onions,saute for a minute in low flame..Then add spinach puree and saute for 2 minutes in low flame.Keep on stirring to avoid burning..Then add 2 cups of water,let it boil for 5 minutes in medium flame..Add frozen green peas now,Cook for 5 minutes and add cream.Stir gently and turn off after 2 minutes..Serve hot with chapathi/roti...
