Pudina Muruku | Mint Murukku Recipe | Muruku Recipes | South Indian Festival Snacks

Once upon a time people used to feel that sweets and snacks are only festivals specials so they used to wait to make them in big batches for families..But now every thing has changed. Whenever we feel to eat can try it immediately with available ingredients..
In olden days basic muruku means rice flour, roasted chanadal and spices. But now there are so many varieties which people are trying as per their taste and ideas.. Even I have tried few different murukus like sweet potato murukuribbonmuruku ,  Ragi flour Muruku, Potatomuruku,  Roasted chana dal/pottukadalai murukku ,Easy murukku with besan flour (chick peaflour) and Oats muruku
So,now introducing another variety which is made with mint. It`s simple to make, perfect deep frying makes the muruku crispy..Also careful while grinding the mint mixture don`t add much water, also don`t add water again in flour which may turns lumpy..So,dough should n`t be too soft or too hard..carefully try it out and let me how it turned out for you.

1.ground mint mixture is enough to prepare the dough..so dont add water again.
2.You can increase the mint quantity for strong flavor.
