Vanilla Caramel Custard Recipe | Baked Vanilla Custard With Caramel Sauce | Basic Vanilla Custard Recipe | Spanish Desserts

Caramel custard is the Latin American popular dessert. Basically it combined with milk,eggs,sugar.. So,as per the taste can bake different versions like,coconut custard, coffee custard,chocolate custard etc..I have already posted these recipes even Banana custard too..
In spanish call it as "Flan " and this vanilla version is quite common yet famous in restaurants..I have been waiting to try this basic version so here is the recipe with step wise pictures. When you search for this recipe most of the posts/ videos may shows heavy quantity of ingredients so I thought to decrease the measurements which may helpful for small families.Overall,this is an easy dessert to make on weekends or in parties..Try this week and enjoy ...

WHAT YOU NEED
Eggs-2 
3% fat Milk-1 cup
Condensed milk-1 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
Store bought Caramel sauce-as needed per tin 
2 Baking tins small and big size
 HOW TO BAKE
Pre heat oven at 180 degree C.In a mixing bowl,take (break) eggs,add milk and beat well using whisker.Now add condensed milk,vanilla essence and stir gently. In a baking tin pour caramel sauce,spread it evenly,then fill the milk mixture.Now in another baking tin take water till half.Place the custard mixture tin in this and bake for 40 minutes.Check out with tooth pick,if it comes out clean turn off.
