Watermelon Lassi | Watermelon Buttermilk | Lassi Recipes | Summer Drinks Ideas

 Generally after buying watermelon within one two days I forces my self to blend into juice other wise fruit turns into pulpy with weird smell..So,there was no chance to think even properly about recipes when I have this fruit in hand..Last time while thinking got an idea of lassi..Well,lassi means the drink which is spiced with pepper,salt for taste,mint as well and of course the main ingredient yogurt..
So, all with these all,I thought to add this melon cubes.. Instead of having plain juice this kind of variations makes the fruit juice more tasty and flavoru ful..Best option is before going to blend keep the chopped melon in freezer for an hour or at least for 15 minutes which result into a chilled lassi.. Instead of adding ice cubes it`s a better option so try this version and enjoy...

WHAT YOU NEED
Watermelon- 2 cups
Plain /Fresh Yogurt-1/2 cup
water-1/2 cup to 1 cup
Cardamom pod-1 
Mint leaves-fist ful tightly packed
Fresh Ginger pieces-few
HOW TO PREPARE
Take out the seeds in watermelon,In a blender,take melon,yogurt,water,cardamom,mint leaves,ginger pieces and turn on blender,run it for 30 seconds,till every thing turns into smooth puree.pour in glass and serve..
