Flourless Banana Pancakes Recipe | Easy Banana Pancakes Recipe | Banana Pancakes Without Flour | Banana Pancakes For Breakfast

Iam a big fan of pancakes,Not only to eat,but also loves to try different recipes like eggless,flour less or some times pure vegan varieties. Ripen bananas are perfect for pancakes which you can cook in breakfast time..
I have already posted some innovative recipes like mango oats pan cakes and quinoa pan cakes.. Usually we add flour in batter but this is different because it is flour less and dairy free too.These are easy to make,yet goes well for breakfast with hot coffee when you serve hot..

WHAT YOU NEED

Ripen Bananas – 3 medium size
Salt –  ¼ tea spoon
Baking powder – 1/2 tea spoon 

Baking soda-1/2 tea spoon
Butter– 2-4 tbsp (for pancake frying)
Eggs - 2 medium size

HOW TO COOK

In a mixing bowl break eggs,whisk well and keep aside.

Now in another bowl,take ripen bananas, mash with fork gently.

Then add baking powder,soda and salt.Stir this mixture well and pour in eggs.Mix every thingto combine well. 

Heat a non stick pan,add some butter,pour 1/2 cup of batter and cook in medium flame.Flip other side and cook for a minute in low flame..Repeat the process with the remaining batter and prepare pancakes.

Finally serve hot with honey topping along with hot coffee or milk.I have added some finely chopped fruits like apple,pear and poured some condensed milk.
