Green Gram Sprouts Salad | Whole Moong Beans Salad | Moong Sprouts Salad | Moong Sprouts Recipes

Sprouts are healthy and really good for weight loss.So,adding sprouts in daily menu or at least 2-3 times per week is quite for us.We can eat sprouts directly which tastes good but by adding some spices and other veggies it will be like a good salad.Here is the innovative salad using sprouts,the variation in this salad is we toss sprouts along with onion& cucumbers on heat for few minutes..
So,after adding the cucumber immediately add spices and turn off the stove. Don`t over cook this on heat for long time, just 1-2 minutes is fine and serve immediately for the good taste.Give a try to this and enjoy..

WHAT YOU NEED
oil -1 table spoon
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
onions-1 small
green gram sprouts-1 cup
tomato-1 small
cucumber-1 small
black pepper powder-1 tea spoon
coriander leaves -few

lemon juice-1 table spoon


HOW TO COOK
Heat oil in non stick pan,add cumin seeds,saute for a second. Add in finely chopped onions,saute for a minute. Add sprouts, stir well.
Then add chopped cucumber and mix well.Add in pepper powder,salt,coriander leaves and mix once.Turn off gas, squeeze some lemon juice,gently give a stir and serve.
