Tofu Pepper Stir Fry Recipe | Tofu Recipes | Tofu Appetizers | Quick and easy Tofu Recipes

Tofu and paneer both are my favorite,but when you ask me to choose one,I`ll go for tofu definitely..Good quality of soya tofu tastes really nice even the texture looks good when you cook and smells nice..Though it is costly we loves to buy it because of less availability of vegetables at my place.
Usually I cook different gravies to serve with chapathi and same like every time started thinking about recipes when H brought this soya paneer.This time I thought to cook simple dish which is less spicy and easy to cook even.This pepper stir fry is just awesome to try any time,because you need around 4-5 ingredients which youc an catch in your pantry any time.. Even as a appetizer also you can serve this.Try and share your comments.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 10-15 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED
Soya tofu -100 grams
Oil-2 table spoons
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Onion-1 small
Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Green capsicum -1 small size
Salt + black pepper powder -to taste
HOW TO COOK
Cut tofu in bite size pieces.Make sure there is no water in tofu.Heat a non stick with oil,shallow fry this chopped tofu cubes nicely and take them out on a plate.
Now,in the same pan add some more oil,throw the cumin seeds..Now add finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,saute and cook for a minute.Now add finely chopped green capsicum and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.When the capsicum is soft,add fried tofu cubes and stir gently.
Add salt + pepper powder to taste,stir once again.Cook this for 5 minutes in low flame and turn off.Serve as a starter or as a side dish with curd rice..
