Tomato Nuvvula Pachadi Recipe | Tomato Sesame Chutney | Pachadi Recipes For Rice

These days pachadi became quite common at home..We couple love to have some amount of pachadi as a side dish for hot rice or even for rotis.So,like I said in my tomato pickle post tomatoes became as a main ingredient with different combination..after Tomato garlic pickle this is the third recipe which I have tried recently..
It is with sesame seeds combination so it is really good taste also less in spice. The spices which we roast in oil brings a nic taste to it.So,definitely this is one of the best recipe to try if you are huge fan of pachadis..You can refrigeate it for 3-5 days but I suggest you people,to prepare in less quantities which may finishes quickly also freshly prepared ones tastes much better than the stored .

PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 10-15 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
 Tomatoes-3 medium size
Tamarind pulp-goose berry size
Oil-1+1 table spoons
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
Urad dal-1 tea spoon
Chana dal-1 tea spoon
Dry red chilli-4-5
Fenugreek seeds-1 tea spoon
Coriander seeds-1 table spoon
White Sesame seeds-1/8 cup
Salt - to taste
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non stick pan with oil.add chopped tomatoes,cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.Add in tamarind pulp,mix gently cook for 3 minutes in medium flame then turn off.

Now heat another pan add oil,then add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal,dry red chilli, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds and carefully in low flame for 1-2 minutes, Then add in sesame seeds,mix well every thing.Next minute add in cooked tomato mixture and stir every thing once again.Turn off the flame and let it cool.

Now when the mixture is cool,grind into coarse paste in mixy jar in batches wise and take it in a bowl.Add salt to taste give a good mix and serve with hot rice or roti.

NOTE:Every thing is well roasted in oil so no need to put tadka again but still if you like,can prepare tadka and add in the pachadi.
