Apple Raita is a light, healthy recipe which is simple to make. With apple sweet ness and mild spicy taste raita tastes good specially when you serve with biryani, pulao and stuffed parathas. Try this easy recipe and hope you will enjoy it.

PREPARATION TIME-10 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

one  Red Apple
Natural/Plain  Fresh Curd 1 bowl
Sugar 1-2 table spoon
Chat Masala half spoon
Salt (pinch of salt)
Raisins- 10 (optional)
Red chili powder-1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon
Cilantro leaves-few finely chopped 
HOW TO COOK
First take one bowl Curd and add  Sugar, Chat masala,red chili powder,salt and mix well. Keep this mixture for 5 minutes to dissolve sugar. Meanwhile cut Apple ( chop it). Mix it. Add Raisins if you like.Add chat masala,cumin seeds mix it and serve it.
