Ingredients
To Dry Roast
1 tea spoon corinader seeds/dhaniya 
3 cloves
1 green cardamom pod
1 tea spoon black pepper corns
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 staranise
1 tea spoon fennel seeds/sompu

Other Ingredeints
300 grams Mutton Liver
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup onions finely chopped
1 tbsp red chili powder (or to taste)
 to taste salt
1/2 tea spoon Turmeric powder
Few coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Directions
Take a bowl add liver pieces into it, wash it with water twice and keep aside.
Now take a nonstick pan,dry roast all the ingredeints which mentioned above in the list.After roasting 
for a minute in high heat grind into fine powder and keep aside..
now in the same pan add oil,when its hot add cumin seeds,then add onions,ginger garlic paste and saute well till onions cooked.
Then add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and saute them.Now add liver add little water and let it cook for 10 minutes in very low flame by closing with lid. 
Once teh liver  is cooked add the ground masala and mix well to coat liver pieces evenyl and close with a lid cook for 5 minutes in slow flame.
After 5 minutes remove the lid add some chopped coriander leaves,if you like squeeze some lemon juice,turn off gas and serve hot.
