Palak Gosht Recipe | Spinach Mutton Masala Recipe | Palak Mutton | Pressure Cooked Mutton Recipes

Usually I cook lamb meat on sundays some times in between the weekdays for dinner..So,this is the new creation which I tried absolutely as per my thoughts.Spinach is my favorite so loves to fold it with other veggies..Also, by folding with chicken tried some dishes which came out so good..Even,I have already posted different version of spinach mutton curry recipe in blog..

But there is a small difference in between these two recipes and especially this recipe is easy to cook and time saving too.Once when the spinach puree is ready,just fold it with mutton and pressure cook till meat is tender.That`s it..Over all,this spinach mutton is simple to cook and tastes spicy..

Mutton with bone/lamb meat -300 grams 
Coriander leaves -few
To grind into puree
Spinach/palak-1 big bunch
Onion-1 big size
Tomato-1 big
Ginger and Garlic cloves-few
Green chillies-4-5
Green cardamoms-2
Cinnamon stick-2 inches 
Staranise-1 flower
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Coriander powder -1 tea spoon(optional) 

Wash mutton 2-3 times and try to remove the maximum fat. 
Wash spinach and chop well.Also,chop onion,tomato,ginger pieces and garlic cloves.Now in a blender,take spinach,onion,tomato,green chillies,ginger,garliccloves,cloves,green cardamoms,cinnamon stick, staranise, cumin seeds and grind into fine puree.
Heat a pressure coker with oil,saute chopped onions till light brown in color. Then add washed mutton,stir once .after 5 minutes add in ground spinach puree and mix well.Add 1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 30 minutes in medium-low flame or 4-5 whistles.Then turn off stove and let it release pressure.
Now check out the meat is cooked well or not.Add coriander powder (optional) and coriander leaves and stir gently.Serve hot with chapathi along with lemon wedge..
