Strawberry Bread Recipe | Strawberry Cake Loaf with Yogurt | Baking With Strawberries | Strawberry Recipes

Here is the another recipe with strawberries which I baked along with muffins.This is a soft and fluffy bread loaf with full of berry flavor and chunks..Believe or not!! The result after baking, was un believable in this recipe. I mean this bread loaf was very light in texture with mild sweetness.
I have reduced the sugar quantity but still loved the taste of the bread..Adding berries again on top makes the bread loaf rich and tasty..Check out the full recipe and give a try to this. I know..you`ll love this definitely,if you bake this don`t forget to share the pictures..

PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 40-50 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Straw berries -1 cup finely chopped (250 grams)
Sugar-1/2 cup (increase to 3/4 cup)
Milk-1/2 cup
Egg -1
Wheatflour- 1 1/2 cups
Baking powder-2 tea spoons
Soda-1/2 tea spoon
Salt-1/2 tea spoon
HOW TO BAKE
Preheat oven at 180 degree C.Take baking (bread loaf ) tin set a parchment paper,grease it with butter.Wash and chop straw berries finely.Sprinkle a table spoon of flour on berries and gently give a good mix to coat them properly.This step helps to avoid sticking berries in pan while baking.
In a mixing bowl,take sugar.to this add milk,egg and beat until sugar dissolves..
Then add flour, baking powder,soda,salt and mix well.
Now fold in berries and gently mix it..
Pour this in baking tin and bake for 30 minutes. Check out with tooth pick,if it is clean turn off oven.
Serve a warm slice with hot cup of coffee/milk..
