Strawberry Yogurt Muffins Recipe | Strawberry Recipes | Muffins Recipes | Breakfast Muffins

Banana is the fruit  which I prefers to bake always..But baking with strawberries is always makes to feel doubtful.. Though I love strawberries feels a kind of tense to fold them in baking recipes.That`s why prefers to try to desserts like mousse,cheese cakes our ice creams.senyumkenyit

But few weeks back there was a discount on strawberries in super market so,picked few packets.After trying popsickles and ice cream,still few packs are remained. I don`t want to waste those fruits so tried this muffins and also a bread loaf. So,this muffins are light in texture and very spongy because of yogurt..kenyit  
 CATEGORY-Baking | Muffins | Breakfast Strawberry Muffins
Sugar-2/3 cup
Oil-1/2 cup
3% fat Milk-1/3 cup
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Wheat flour-1 1/4 cup
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda-1/2 tea spoon
Salt-1/2 tea spoon
Strawberries -200 grams/1 cup finely chopped
cupcakes/muffin papers 
 In a mixing bowl,take an egg,add sugar,oil,milk,yogurt and mix well till sugar dissolves.
Now add wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt and mix well to get a smooth batter..
Now wash strawberries and chop finely.Add this berries in batter and gently give a good mix .
Now line cupcakes/muffin papers in pan.Using ice cream scoop, pour batter in muffin papers.Pre heat oven at 180 degree C.After 5 minutes place this muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes..Check out with tooth pick,if it cmes out clean,muffins are done.Other wise bake for 5-10 minutes more and turn off.Serve warm with hot cup of milk or coffee.
